Directives

Using the quantum entanglement through the esoteric economy of words we channel the forces of the five rivers of existence into the stable realities through Grammatons, letters of power. The sentences made from Grammatons structure and give order to the chaotic forces and are called Clausules. A Directive is a coherent group of Clausules that came from the same power sources.

The Directives are named classic human heroes and have the feel and the appearance of a file filled with well-written documents that specify (in ancient characters) what a signer can and cannot do with the powers that the Directive offers. Once an employee signs the Directive, he can activate its Clauses and keep in touch with that source of power as long as he can stand it.

To link the power of one Directive to its dozens of signers the same Runestamp that is stamped on the directive is also stamped in a body part of the signers. Through this symbol, they can invoke the Directives content whenever they need it.

How to use them:

A signer activates one or several Clauses and their Regulations by wasting one or more Will levels (depending on the Clauses and the Regulations costs). A Clause can be used alongside its Regulations that modify or increment its effects.

The employee will be able to use that Clause and its activated Regulations for a scene or until it turns them off.

A signer won't be able to activate more Regulations after that. They would have to shut down the Clause and pay again for it and its wanted Regulations altogether.

While a Clause is active the signer may have to do rolls to execute its awesome capacities. 

Clauses and activated Regulations may give you temporary Specialties and #Tags, helping the signer with these rolls.

The Clauses have a basic Difficulty Level for a Reality Check that an employee needs to surpass to make the magic happen. Some Regulations may add an extra difficulty level of the Reality Check if the powers specified in them wanted to be used.

But if the effect of the Clause is going to be countered by a living target with supernatural powers or abilities, then, the Reality Check must be changed for a Confrontation dice roll.

A signer can unlock new Clauses and Regulations by spending Promotion points.

An employee cannot use a Directive that is not proper of his or her Department (see Departments)
