The client is always right, we study and offer the best solutions. The employee must follow the purposed plan of action and never disgust the client.
We always deliver, always. Somehow. A failed contract is not allowed.
We don't accept contracts from clients with opposite interests to other active clients. Employees cannot act against the interests of the clients whose contracts they are managing.

We don't share information with other employees or supervisors not assigned to a contract nor with other groups of interest or clients.​
A contract must be fulfilled and this includes the signer client. The compensation for our services must be paid. Or we will take measures.

Insubordination
Don't disregard direct orders from your superiors.
Indiscretion
Don't share sensitive information with outsiders. Don't show youe abilities to mortals. Don't contact people from your old life.
Treason
Don't go against the interests and policies of the company
Disrespect
Don't insult your superiors or your direct clients. Don't cheat them or manipulate them.
Trespassing
Don't enter in restricted areas of a clearence level you don't own.
Agression
Don't harm the staff, direct clients, or valuable targets without the Chiefs permission.
An employee that transgresses any of these rules will be punished, if they do it three times they will be sent to the paths of the dead.
